FAQ
Our prints are made using giclée fine art 12-color technology, which delivers vivid, accurate colors with stunning depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet technology. Your art will be printed on a substantial, gallery-quality paper that's made to last. The colors won’t fade, ensuring your prints remain beautiful for years to come.
We use 80lb/200 gsm, FSC-certified paper with a smooth matte finish.

We use high-quality plexiglass for our frames to protect your artwork while maintaining optimal clarity.
Each plexiglass sheet comes with a clear protective film. Be sure to remove this film before hanging your prints.
Producing cards and prints usually takes 1-4 days, and standard delivery times are 2-4 days. So, in total you can expect to receive your product in about 3-8 days.
Keep in mind these are estimates and can vary based on order complexity, location, and shipping circumstances.
To flatten your print, first unroll the print (with the image facing up) onto a flat surface.
Cover it with a blank sheet of paper and place a heavy book, or other heavy flat object, on each corner.
Wait at least two hours (though overnight is best) and your print should be flat and ready to display.

Sometimes when framed prints are shipped during humid or rainy weather, the print will be affected and may wrinkle slightly. Usually it will flatten after a few days indoors, but if not then you can try ironing it.
Remove the print from the frame, cover it with a sheet of paper, and use a light to medium heat to iron the print flat.
Our print on demand partner doesn't accept returns, however if there are quality issues, you can contact us within 30 days to report a problem. If you need to reach out to us for an exchange please include the following:
- A description of the problem.
- Pictures of the print showing the problem areas.
